Ketep pass is a place of tourist resort having theme about volcano. The location of this area is at the top of Ketep hill in mountainside Merapi, in Magelang town. This object is famous with fascinating nature panorama. The natural beauty earns we can to see from Panca Arga yard. In this place we can see beauty of mount panorama - big mount in Central Java, like Merapi, Merbabu, Slamet, Sindoro, Harelip and some mountains. After satisfying, visitor can sit - sits place which has made available feeling ruthless in Ketep hill.
Besides seeing beauty of nature panorama, we can visit a cinema turning around film about history of mount Merapi. This film duration is in 45 minutes. In this film will be told regarding source of beginning the happening of volcano so erupting it mount Merapi which biggest. This film turned around in building Volcano Theatre. Visitor will feel is incomplete otherwise steps into this building. Besides the building, there is other building, namely Volcano Centre. In this building we will be invited to see and applies volcano watcher peripheral along with other supply.
To come to location of this object, visitor can apply personal vehicle or public vehicle. This location located in Sawangan area. Facility which there is in this tour area in the form of restaurant, mushola and seller of handicraft. Around location of the existing tour has not there is lodging, because location of this tourist resort opened stripper has not.
